By ordering Design or Web Hosting services you are agreeing these Hosting and Design Terms.
Because of the differences in various projects Streamline Designs will need to evaluate each
businesses individual needs before beginning work. A quote will be given after we have clearly
out lined and agreed on the requirements for the project. Changes can be made once a major
project is completed, but you will be billed for additional maintenance. All major
design projects will require a downpayment before any work will be started. The down payment
will be 30% of the estimated labor plus the cost of any server side programs. The remaining
balance will be due before the project goes live unless a prior arangement has been made.
Design work is not refundable unless we did not design to the requirements that we had
agreed on. Once we have started a major project you can request that we stop work at
any time. You will only be billed for time spent up to that point. If we have not started
the work you will only be billed the amount of your downpayment.
Hosting fees are dependent on which hosting plan you choose. Streamline Designs utilizes
the services of Lunarpages.com for our hosting needs. All fees for hosting packages will
be taken care of by Lunar Pages and all invoices/billing will be handled by them
independantly from Streamline Designs.
Hosting fees are only refundable under current conditions set forth by Lunarpages which
currently state "If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will gladly
give you a refund. Please note, setup fees and domain registrations are non-refundable."
All Hosting customers must agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy enforced by
LunarPages.
Streamline Designs is not financially responsible for any financial loses you may have suffered
because of design errors or server down time.
